Illinois man sentenced for threatening law enforcement officer on social media

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — An Illinois person has been sentenced to 10 months in federal prison soon after threatening a Putnam County police office environment around a fatal incident involving the man’s brother.

Rodney Hanson, 37, earlier entered a responsible plea to a demand of sending a threatening information around social media. He sent the menace to a law enforcement officer included in the shooting death of 49-yr-previous Kevin Hanson.

Hurricane police pulled over Kevin Hanson on Jan. 6, 2019 for a site visitors violation.
